Job Description:

IEA Corp., an EverWatch company is in search of an Interrogation & Detainee Operations Analyst to support the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence & Security (OUSD(I&S)) in Arlington, VA. The Interrogation & Detainee Ops Analyst will develop, maintain, and ensure that OSD and intelligence components have up-to-date interrogation policies and detainee information that are in compliance with US law and policy to facilitate the collection of strategic and tactical intelligence for the warfighter and decision-maker. In addition, the Analyst will:

  • Produce work and formulate positions that are consistently well researched, thoroughly analyzed, accurate, and relevant to the HUMINT mission and requirements.
  • Have the technical background and expertise to evaluate and complete, controversial interrogation and detainee related issues and to develop response to inform the USD(I) and OSD decision-makers in support of national priorities and counter national security threats.
  • Collaborate with the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), and DoD legal counsels to develop a strategy for use in the judicial proceedings of several high value detainees.
  • Lead and/or participate in research projects, conduct surveys, perform data analysis, write assessments, and participate in interagency task forces and working groups, with minimal guidance from the HUMINT Director.

Experience and Skills:

* Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
* Minimum of 7 years of experience within this functional area and experience on a major staff or Intelligence Agency, e.g. OSD, Joint Staff, Service Staff, Defense Agency or Combatant Command Staff.

* Active TS/SCI security clearance
