IEA Corp., an EverWatch company is in search of an Executive
Secretariat Team Lead in Arlington, VA. The Team Lead will be
responsible for the providing records management, filing and
archiving; correspondence control and mail distribution; courier
service; tasking and tracking management; electronic initiatives
support; and related Executive administrative support Customer impact
is both internal and external, encompassing the OUSD(I&S),
Secretary of Defense, Deputy Secretary of Defense, OSD Components,
Joint Staff, Combatant Commands, the Military Services, the Executive
Branch Agencies, Congress, and the public.
The Executive Secretariat Team Lead will be responsible for the
* Develop and maintain correspondence templates for
the on-line availability on all three networking levels.
Support the management of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
effort through facilitating the coordination of SOPs, writing and
reviewing SOPs, and ensuring SOPs are coordinated through the approval
* Prepare Executive Secretariat and other Chief of Staff
correspondence. The contractor shall review organization
correspondence for non-functional content edits. This includes
addressing management, policy and procedures to include formatting and
grammatical edits, and proper correspondence packaging in accordance
with DoD manuals, DoD Instructions, Administrative Instructions, and
other correspondence processes such as, but not limited to,
preparation and tracking of SecDef Form 391 Correspondence Action
Report for taskings.
* Manage CoS correspondence. This includes
tracking CoS action items; preparing the CoS statistics briefing for
weekly director’s meeting and Read-Ahead books for the CoS Monthly
* Tasking and Tracking Management Support
actions in progress, contact Points of Contact (POC) within the
OUSD(I) organization for upcoming actions due, develop reports on
status and track status of Read- Ahead packages due to the USD(I)
* Support, distribution, tracking and status of
security review requirements, Privacy Act program requirements,
Freedom of Information Act taskings, Inspector General/General
Accounting Office taskings, Litigation Cases and other similar subject
taskings as required.
* Three (3) years demonstrated administrative experience is
* Minimum two (2) years demonstrated experience with
the Staff Action Control and Coordination Portal (SACCP)
* Minimum two (2) years demonstrated experience
maintaining an executive calendar, answering phones and setting and
* Demonstrated ability to communicate with
personnel at various ranking levels.
* Ability to provide SACCP
training to incoming personnel
* Active TS/SCI security clearance.
