Job Description:

EverWatch Corporation currently has an opening for Targeting Officer. The Targeting Officer will support a government program in a high visibility, mission critical role within the intelligence community. This role offers a collaborative and dynamic environment focused on demanding national security and intelligence requirements. Conduct operational research, coordinate activities and execute projects, arrange and prepare meetings and maintain a detailed knowledge of specific countries. Support a wide range of activities to manage a variety of geographic and/or tropical issues. Manage, track projects and participate in meetings with senior officials in support of the government customer.

  •  Draft, coordinate, and monitor the production of reports
  •  Manage and track projects
  •  Utilize Sponsor tools and methodologies to identify and assess available data
  •  Distill complex data and relationships into succinct and effective language/reports
  •  Develop plans
  •  Support requirements
  •  Conduct analysis to develop relevant plans
  •  Identify and recommend approaches to advance priorities
  •  Use knowledge of customer tools and capabilities to advance objectives
  •  Apply relevant regulations and policy directives to projects
  •  Research and analyze related information
  •  Provide analytic support to coordinate, document, and monitor progress and make recommendations to move projects forward
  •  Provide written documentation and written evaluation and reports on projects and related technologies

Experience and Skills:


  • Must have Active and Current TS/SCI with Poly security clearance on day one
  • A minimum of 5 years to 20 years of experience in Sponsor research tools, techniques, analyze data and research results must be demonstrated
  • Must be willing to work independently or as a part of the team
  • The ability to demonstrate a strong command of the English language in writing and briefing skills
  • Must be able to demonstrate excellent organization skills to address complex issues and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office suite
  • A BA/BS Degree of any type from an accredited college or university is preferred


Preferred Skills and Relevant Experience/Education

Bachelor’s Degree (or 5 years relevant work experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree) and 5 years to 20 years of prior work more years of legacy program customer.
