Ian, Evan & Alexander (IEA) Corporation is in search of an EC&P Senior Analyst (SA) to support the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisitions, Technology & Logistics (OUSD(AT&L)) in Arlington, VA.

The SA will be assigned as the EC&P Senior Analyst and shall provide EC&P leadership with senior level analytical and management support. The Contractor will provide EC&P programmatic assistance from concept definition to technical capability demonstrations and assist EC&P in working staffing packages through OSD, Joint Staff and across other governmental agencies. The Contractor will assist in generating expert level written and verbal communications for audiences at the senior levels of government, congressional staff and combatant commands and will be called upon to demonstrate versatility and ability to adapt to dynamic senior level headquarters operations tempo.

Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a recognized engineering, scientific, technical, and/or related disciplines
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance

Desired:

  • Military service experience.
  • A Master's Degree (or higher) in a recognized engineering, scientific, technical,
  • management or related discipline.
  • Familiarity with congressional legislation process.
  • DoD public communications experience.

Highly desired:

  • 10+ years (or Master’s Degree with 5 years) experience in government S&T, weapons systems development or Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE).
  • Familiarity with DoD acquisition/budget process and procedures.
