Job Description:

Ian, Evan & Alexander Corporation (IEA) is in search of an Operations Research Analyst to support the Pentagon Force Protection Agency in Falls Church, VA.

  • The Contractor shall collaborate with RMFD Leadership to identify, solve, provide analysis and offer solutions to a variety of issues pertaining to the PFPA Occupational Medical Program. The Contractor shall provide, formulate and apply mathematical modeling and other optimizing methods to develop and interpret information that assists RMFD with decision making, policy formulation, or other managerial functions associated with the PFPA Occupational Medical Program.
  • The Contractor shall provide data analysis support, including resource benefits analyses (efficiencies), performance metrics and course of analysis (COA) decision support.
  • The Contractor shall analyze information obtained from past performance of the PFPA Occupational Medical Program to conceptualize, define and offer possible solutions to nuisance and systemic operational problems.
  • The Contractor shall define requirements for data analysis, collect and analyze data, and identify the underlying principles, reasons, or facts of information.
  • The Contractor shall study and analyze PFPA created alternative courses of action to determine which plan will offer the best outcomes and work with various personnel within the organization to ensure successful implementation of chosen problem solutions.
  • The Contractor shall develop operations plans, technical papers, regulations, policies and SOPs to support analysis deliverables which will set forth processes, procedures and other written guidelines for executing PFPA Occupational Medical Program. Writes white papers, PowerPoint presentations, and edits material for reports, manuals, briefs, proposals, and evaluates analysis and findings of research.
  • The Contractor shall provide a written report monthly giving the status of the contract progress to include current "burn rate".
  • The Contractor shall prepare MS PowerPoint, MS Excel and MS Project presentation(s) describing findings

Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or substitute years of relevant experience
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years’ expert level working knowledge of Operations Research Analyst or related discipline.
  • Active Secret security clearance
