Ian, Evan and Alexander Corporation (IEA) is in search of an Executive Administrator III in Arlington, VA.

Ian, Evan, and Alexander Corporation currently seeks an Executive Administrator III to join our team in Arlington, VA. The EA will be responsible for the following:

Serve as the administrative point of contact for the DDI(I&S).Maintain the DDI(I&S) leadership’s daily calendar and ensure operations are accomplished in a timely, professional manner. Arrange for meetings, conferences, and video-teleconferencing, to include taking minutes and maintaining invitations attendee contact rosters. Provide correspondence staffing support to action officers for all required correspondence actions, e.g., formal letters, memoranda, read-ahead briefing/meeting packages, activity reports, senior leadership reports, senior leadership reports, and travel/training/personnel documents. Tasks may include technical writing/editing, editorial consultation, proofreading, or overall documentation review. Ensure documents are prepared in the appropriate DoD format. Arranges for official local transportation, reimbursement for expenses incurred, and renewal of parking permits. This may include delivery/pickup of documents with the local travel area. Tasks include monitoring access to SCIF, preparing and maintain essential logistic and security requirements for the SCIF, answering phones, maintaining office files and the office filing system (electronic and hardcopy), and tracking action items in the suspense portal. Prepares and/or oversees travel arrangements for DDI(I&S).Assists in the preparation or refinement of itineraries, prepares or oversees the preparation of travel orders, secures reservations and tickets, verifies that passports and visas are in order. Upon completion of travel, prepares vouchers, assists in developing necessary trip reports, and briefs on items of special interest and actions taken during customer absence from the office.

Experience and Skills:

  • Expert knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of government and best business practice
  • Experience in writing, editing, and professional communication skills.
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance
