Proposal**

Ian, Evan & Alexander Corporation (IEA) is in search of an Assistant Deputy Program Manager in Jordan.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

« The ADPM shall be responsible for the admin oversight and coordination of all training activity in Jordan

« He/she shall assist the DPM with contract management of all contracted services, personnel and property covered under this contract

« Advise and assist the PA and the Jordan Public Sector Directorate (PSD) at JIPTC to ensure all training courses are properly planned, delivered, and monitored to ensure that PASF students receive all US sponsored training

« Conduct Training Familiarization for all TM members

« Advise and assist the PA to analyze and identify steps to improve the comprehension and quality of training delivered in the West Bank

« Coordinate with the JIPTC TM Lead to facilitate adoption of the, Mobile Assessment Process (MAP) to West Bank activities

« Develop comprehensive formal program evaluations to include AARs & written reports as necessary utilizing available program metrics and reporting processes for training, student performance, facilities and logistics

« Organize, task, and manage TMs to conduct curriculum development, scheduling, and monitoring/advising instruction

« Resolve issues identified by TMs in delivery of training

Experience and Skills:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

« US citizen

« Possess a Secret security clearance

« Bachelor's Degree preferred, plus advanced training & experience in Instructional Design, Training Delivery & Performance Evaluation

« At least 5 years of experience in the areas of program management, training, international law enforcement and/or criminal justice assistance

« Minimum two years' experience related to training design, delivery and evaluation

« Strongly prefer foreign experience in a high-risk, Middle-Eastern locale

« Minimum two years' experience in a role of personnel management and supervision, preferably managing teams

« Experience with curriculum development, review, and delivery

« A Police SME with significant investigatory, administration, and development experience to advise and coordinate police programming

« Consideration should be given to retaining an SME from the United States or European Law Enforcement (LE) community

 

« Experience working in Middle Eastern criminal justice systems
