Job Description:

Ian, Evan & Alexander Corporation (IEA) is in search of a Logistics Specialist in Fairfax, VA.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the management and control of ISSO equipment and property

Coordinate supply support, provisioning and outfitting issues

Provide administrative support as directed to include preparing correspondence, operation instructions and forms, and document filing

Receive and process invoices for payment; prepare DD-250s; coordinate with finance and other Functional areas as needed

Maintain construction project files

Coordinate and schedule meetings; perform other administrative duties as needed

Provide logistics support to the FWF Logistics Manager as needed

Input data and maintain inventory logs

Prepare supply shipping and receiving documents (SF-1149, SF 1348, etc.)

Prepare and track property passes

Complete FedEx shipping labels

Deliver and pick up small packages to the post office and various locations in the National Capital Area as needed

Collect and input copier meter readings, schedule copier/printer maintenance and escort maintenance technicians

Assist with purchase request processing; develop supply order lists and assist in the ordering process as needed

Track inventory, distribute supplies, and maintain administrative supply storage area

Provide vehicle dispatcher to collect and manage vehicle requests, reserve vehicles, maintain vehicle operations logs, track vehicle maintenance requirements, collect vehicle mileage and maintain monthly mileage/usage report

Experience and Skills:

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance
